*Wonderful Water*

Water is a very important component of the human body. All the body cells, tissues and organs function properly by using water as a medium.

Humans loose considerable amounts of water from the body by sweating and excretion.
Hence it's of utmost importance to keep a good intake of water and fluids, be it pure water, clear soups, juices, fruits like water melon, strawberries, grapes or oranges and vegetables like celery, radish, tomatoes,  cabbage, spinach or cucumbers.

Drinking a good quantity of water on a daily basis is the best health mantra.
It makes you look good, feel great and ups your energy levels. Therefore you think better, focus well and perform better!

And the best thing is that it comes for free and is easily available everywhere.

So, go ahead and grab a glass more often from now on.
