Mutter (Peas) - 500 grams
Oil - 2 Teaspoon,
Cummin Seeds (Zira) - 1/4 Teaspoon,
Black Pepper powder - 1/4 Teaspoon and
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a pan, add cummin seeds, when they turn brown add the peas and salt.
Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stirring 2 or 3 times in between.
When the peas are tender turn off flame and add black pepper powder.
