Chivda - Anytime Snack.
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Take them out and keep aside.
In the same oil add Curry leaves and green chillies.
When onion turns pinkish, add chivda to the vessel.
Now Cook on a very low flame for upto 10 minutes till the chivda flakes turn crisp.
(Stir in between frequently)
Add salt , sugar and turmeric.
Finally add Chana Dal and Potato sticks.
Mix well and the CHIVDA snack is ready.
